KOSMETICS office hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Hong Kong time GMT+8/public holidays excluded), if the order is successfully confirmed before 9:00 am on a working day, we will send you an order within one to two working days In-house processing and delivery arrangements. Orders may take longer to process during sale periods, holidays or inclement weather.
The delivery time will be affected by factors such as shipping arrangements, weather, and local holidays or festivals such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Easter. The actual time is subject to the delivery time limit of the shipping company. KOSMETICS is not responsible for the delays caused by it.
After the order is paid for, the shipping address cannot be changed and KOSMETICS will not be responsible for wrong address on the order.
